I am a dedicated people development specialist. I carry 25+ years experience developing organizations by focusing on your #1 asset, your people.
I guide people into conscious, creative living and organizations into conscious, creative leading-by helping them recognize and release the reactive patterns holding them back.
I work with individuals and teams who are stuck in stress, burnout, or ” quiet cracking”-performing but suffering silently. I specialize in helping those in high-growth, high-stress environments.
I’ve helped organizations grow by finding the right people, designing development pathways, and coaching individuals to reach their full potential -backed by 30+ years of recruiting experience and certifications in hiring management, DISC consulting, facilitation, and leadership coaching.
I’m the Chief People Officer of a $10 million holding company – my daily proving ground for maximizing people, purpose, and performance.
